Major NoVa Project Moves Forward
A Northern Virginia city council gave the final approvals needed Tuesday night to revitalize a historic building. Developers plan to renovate the 19th-century structure into a mixed-use property with 2,100 square feet of commercial space and 12 apartments.

Prince William County Police arrested a second man Thursday in connection with a pot deal turned fatal shooting last week in Dumfries. Police arrested 21-year-old Jamie Davaughn Monroe of Hyattsville, Md., for his alleged role in the death of 19-year-old Devonte Lee Ivy of Woodbridge.
