Parking Slashed At Reston Metro Station For 3 Weeks

RESTON, VA — If you regularly park at the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station, you'd best get there early for the next three weeks.

That's because Fairfax County will reduce the number of parking spaces there by 40 spaces on levels G4, G5, and G6 due to maintenance.

"Currently the garage is at capacity and officials encourage commuters to consider other transportation options including Fairfax Connector bus service, biking, walking, ridesharing and utilization of the kiss and ride," the county said in a statement. "Thank you for your patience as repairs are made to the garage."
