Reston Man Wins Lottery Jackpot
A Reston man won big playing the Jewel 7 game from the Virginia Lottery.
RESTON, VA -- A Reston man is now $200,000 richer after buying a Virginia Lottery ticket at a Herndon convenience store.
Brett Calhoun sat in his car scratching a Jewel 7 ticket he had purchased from the 7-Eleven at 2990 Centreville Road and "couldn't believe what he saw," according to the Virginia Lottery website.
Prizes for Jewel 7s range from $5 to the top prize of $200,000, with the odds of winning the latter at 1 in 734,400.

Calhoun, a landscaper by trade, is not sure yet what he plans to do with the winnings although his first priority will be to pay bills.
