Weekend Pick: Reston Regional Library Sale

Stock your own bookshelves and support the Reston Regional Library this weekend.

Browse and buy - and support the Friends of the Reston Regional Library's semi-annual book sale Thursday-Saturday.

Proceeds of the sale benefit Friends of Reston Regional Library, the volunteer group that supports the library and its programs. The group was honored this month at the which result in more than $100,000 a year to help the library. 

This sale does not feature children's books, which are offered at a separate sale. The sale will include:

  • Fiction (Paper and Hardback)
  • Cookbooks, Hobbies, Self-Help, Religion
  • Sports, Mystery, Science Fiction
  • History, Computers, Business, Foreign Language
  • Poetry & Literature, Humor
  • “Charly’s Corner” to find special treasures of all kinds

Prices range from $.50 and up for rack paperbacks to $1.50 and up for hardbacks in like-new condition. Higher prices may apply for exceptional or rare books.

Hours:  

  • Thursday, April 25 - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Friday, April 26 - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, April 27 - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Sunday, April 28 - 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm  (noon opening only for book sale shoppers)
