The August recess is here, and with it comes a critical opportunity to protect lifesaving cancer research and innovation. As Congress heads home — the House beginning July 25 and the Senate August 2 — we’re launching a full-force campaign to Protect Cancer Cures.
We need your voice. This month, we’re mobilizing advocates across the country to make a big impact through three powerful activities:
* Attend or host a town hall (in person or virtually) to raise the issue directly with lawmakers.
* Collect petition signatures to demonstrate strong public support for cancer research.
* Engage on social media to help us amplify the message using #ProtectCancerCures.
