Lynchburg Gets a Little Sweeter with Nothing Bundt Cakes
Local owners excited to support and celebrate the community

Saga and Dean Morse have shared a 20-year love for Nothing Bundt Cakes since first experiencing it in Las Vegas where they lived as a young married couple. Although they moved to Washington, D.C. a few years later and left behind their favorite bakery, they were thrilled to rediscover the brand on the east coast nearly two decades later. The Morses ended their careers in federal service and knew they wanted to do something of their own that would allow them to help bring joy to people's lives, and owning a Nothing Bundt Cakes of their own seemed like a natural next step. “We have loved Nothing Bundt Cakes since our first taste 20 years ago and are so excited to open our own so that we can share not only our love for the cake but for celebrating and giving back to our community,” said Mrs. Morse. “We were immediately drawn to Lynchburg, which offers so much of what we love,” continued Mr. Morse, “a beautiful city nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a historic downtown, outdoor amenities and the sense of community we found when visiting.” The couple will host grand opening festivities (see complete details below).
