TYSONS, VA — Three people were hurt in a shooting near Tysons Corner following a large gathering at a hotel, according to a report.

Police officers descended on the 8600 block of Westwood Center Drive to investigate a shooting, Fairfax County police said Wednesday. Three people were hospitalized with injuries. All were expected to survive.

Details on any possible suspects weren't immediately available.

WRC-TV reported the shooting happened around 3 a.m. during a large gathering at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotel. Three young adults suffered injuries to their lower bodies.
