TYSONS, VA — Noah Settles is wanted by Fairfax County Police in connection with Saturday's shooting at Tysons Corner Center, according to a Sunday afternoon post on the department's official Twitter account.

Police say that Settles got into an argument with a group of people, pulled out a firearm and fired multiple rounds. He then fled the scene in a black Cadillac with Washington, D.C. tags, GK0174, according to the tweet.

Settles is being sought on charges of attempted wounding, three counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied building, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to police.

Police told Fox 5 DC that Settles is a well-known rapper in the D.C. area, whose stage name is "NO SAVAGE," according to a post on the TV station's Twitter account.

Anyone with information about Saturday's shooting or the whereabouts of Settles is asked to call 703-691-2131 or 911. Police warned the public that Settles should be considered armed and dangerous.

Gunfire inside Tysons Corner Center Saturday prompted shoppers to flee and the mall to be closed. Fairfax County Police are not aware of any victims who were injured.

Around 2:45 p.m., on Saturday, calls to 911 began coming in about a shooting inside Tysons Corner Center. As officers assigned to the mall and additional officers responded, people began fleeing from the mall, police said. Some people had also sheltered in place until police cleared the mall.

Three people were injured while fleeing the mall and were taken to hospitals. Police have not found anyone who was injured by gunshots.

Detectives are working through video surveillance inside the mall and are speaking with 20 or more witnesses to determine how the shooting happened. Based on initial investigations, police believe the gunshots were related to a fight. Police say the gunshots came from the second floor of the mall.

The mall closed for the rest of Saturday and was expected to reopen Sunday.

At a news conference Saturday, Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis said the shooting of a gun inside the mall was "unacceptable."

"We're gonna find them, I promise you that. They will be held accountable, and that's going to happen in short order," said Davis.
