2 Summer Children's Programs Offered In Vienna: 2019 Schedule
The annual Kids on the Green and Stories, Songs & Sprinklers will be held on weekdays for part of the summer.

VIENNA, VA—Vienna's doubleheader of fun for children is about to begin. The Stories, Songs & Sprinklers series begins on June 26 and Kids on the Green begins on July 1.
Stories, Songs & Sprinklers offers young children an afternoon of storybook reading, songs and fun with water sprinklers on the Freeman Store lawn. Events take place at 1 p.m. on the following Wednesdays:
- June 26
- July 3
- July 10
- July 17
- July 24
- July 31
Kids on the Green is a free series of interactive animal shows, magicians, puppet performances and entertainment for children. Performances take place on the Town Green at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays. Here are the dates and performances scheduled:

- July 2: Reptiles Alive (live animals)
- July 9: The Great Zucchini (magician)
- July 16: Bill Wellington (kids songs and storytelling)
- July 23: Michael Cantori (magician)
- July 30: Blue Sky Puppets
- Aug. 6: Groovy Nate (kids songs and puppets)
- Aug. 13: Wildlife Ambassadors (live animals)
- Aug. 20: Beech Tree Puppets
The events are held by the Town of Vienna. Stories, Songs & Sprinklers is held in partnership with Historic Vienna, Inc.
