Madison High Homecoming 2019: Road Closures, Game Schedule

The Madison homecoming parade will be held before the Warhawks take on Falls Church High School.

VIENNA, VA — On Friday, Oct. 4, Madison High School will hold its homecoming parade before cheering on the Warhawks for their homecoming game. Students will be released at 12:55 p.m. ahead of homecoming festivities.

The parade runs along Maple Avenue, kicking off at 2 p.m. It will start at Vienna Presbyterian Church on Park Street NE and conclude at the top of James Madison Drive. According to the Town of Vienna, there will be rolling closures of westbound Maple Avenue from Mill Street to James Madison Drive. Expect westbound Maple Avenue to be closed for 30 to 45 minutes. Eastbound lanes will remain open. Mill Street will be closed between Maple Avenue and Church Street starting around noon.

The homecoming game versus Falls Church High School will take place at Madison High School at 7 p.m. The Warhawks head into the game with a 3-2 record on the season. If you can't make it to the game, check our live scoreboard.
