PHOTOS: FOX-5 Visits Town of Vienna
TV station's "Zip Trip" Friday highlights visit with Mayor, musical performances, local businesses and more.
VIENNA, VA -- The Town of Vienna was in the spotlight Friday with a live broadcast by FOX-5's "Zip Trip," visiting with officials and businesses to give viewers a taste of life in Vienna.
FOX 5 "Good Day DC" anchors Wisdom Martin, Allison Seymour and Tucker Barnes visited with local officials and others starting at 7 a.m., from the Town Green, 144 Maple Ave. E and other nearby sites.
Here's some of what the anchors were expected to highlight during their trip Friday:

- Tai-Chi Workout Class with Anne Sween: 7:15 a.m.
- Vienna Jammers
- Performances by Fat Chance
- Northern Virginia Model Railroaders: 7:45 a.m. Martin and Barnes interviewed Sandy Robeck, president of the Railroaders.
- Barnes reported the weather at 8 a.m., from Bikes@Vienna
- Freeman Store and Museum with Jon Vrana
- Walking, running, biking groups
- Mayor Laurie DiRocco talked about Vienna at 8:30 a.m. with Martin.
- "Field of Dreams" obstacle course
- Vienna Inn: Martin and Barnes made chili dogs for customers, at 9:30 a.m.
- Cocoa Vienna co-owners Sam Aboulhosn and Staci Meruvia visited with Barnes and Seymour during the 10 a.m. hour
- Caboose Brewing Company: Barnes and Seymour stopped by
- Bazin's on Church, Clariety and Chase the Submarine: Anchors got a "Taste of Vienna" just before 11 a.m.
