Santa Claus Returns To Vienna At 2025 Santa Runs

VIENNA, VA — Santa Claus is coming to town to greet the good girls and boys of Vienna before the Christmas holiday.

The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department will again host its Santa Runs from Dec. 13 to 20. This year, the 1946 Maxim fire engine will be out of service for the Santa Runs. The volunteer fire department ran a fundraising campaign to repair the fire engine and says it will return in early 2026.

As Santa visits neighborhoods on his route, residents can come inside when they see lights and hear music. Santa's elves will give out candy canes.

Weather, mechanical issues and other factors could impact how much of Santa's route is completed. Route tracking and any changes will be posted to the volunteer fire department's website and social media.

Saturday, Dec. 13, 5:30 p.m.: Prancer (Purple in SW)
Sunday, Dec. 14, 1 p.m.: Cupid (Green in NE)
Monday, Dec. 15, 5:30 p.m.: Comet (Pink in NW)
Tuesday, Dec. 16, 5:30 p.m.: Donner (Yellow in NE)
Wednesday, Dec. 17, 5:30 p.m.: Blitzen (Red in SE)
Thursday, Dec. 18, 5:30 p.m.: Dasher (Green in SE/SW)
Friday, Dec. 19, 5:30 p.m.: Dancer (Orange in SW)
Saturday, Dec. 20, 1 p.m.: Vixen (Blue in NW)
