Town Office Moves Impact Some Services

Relocation on Thursday, Friday will limit access to town departments

Some Town of Vienna services will be impacted Thursday and Friday as town offices continue to relocate ahead of scheduled HVAC work at Town Hall later this summer.

Residents will have limited access to services provided by the Department of Administrative Services, Town Manager and the Town Clerk as those offices relocate.

The Department of Planning and Zoning will be completely closed.

All operations will be back to normal on Monday.

Beginning Monday, offices will be in new places: The Town Manager and Town Clerk will be on the second floor of Town Hall, the Planning and Zoning Department will be on the 1st Floor and Administrative Services will be on the Finance side of the 1st Floor of Town Hall.

During May, the Public Information Office was relocated to the 2nd floor and the Purchasing Division was moved to the Garden Level of Town Hall.

The moves are in preparation of HVAC work expected to begin later this summer.
