2-Alarm Fire Injures Firefighter In Vienna Area
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue said a second alarm was requested in a townhouse fire that caused one injury.
VIENNA, VA — A firefighter was injured Vienna area home near Tysons Tuesday afternoon, according to Fairfax County Fire and Rescue.
Around 3 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to a townhouse in the 8100 block of Madrillon Court. Firefighters found fire showing from the roof and requested a second alarm.
The fire was brought under control. There were no resident injuries, but a firefighter was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
