Results are unofficial until certification by the electoral board, which is expected on Nov. 14.
Vienna's town elections previously happened in May but changed to November due to a new Virginia law. In addition, Vienna Town Council seats are on the ballot at the same time instead of previous staggered terms. Town Council seats will continue to be elected in Novembers every two years starting in 2023.
