B.J. Ghassemieh was picking up lunch at around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday when he looked to the sky and got a glimpse of the Space Shuttle Discovery's final flight.
Hundreds of thousands gathered across the Washington, D.C. region Tuesday morning as the Discovery, the oldest surviving space shuttle, in preparation for display at the Smithsonian's 's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly.
