City Completes Leaf Collection
Residents still can set leaf bags on their curbs.
The city’s Transportation and Environmental Services Department has completed picking up loose leaves throughout Alexandria.
Residents still can place bags of leaves at their front curb one business day after regular refuse collection for pick up.
The city is accepting leaf bags through Jan. 11. After that date, leaf bags will be collected with regular refuse.
