Sushi Bar Opens At Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Hotel
The new sushi concept accompanies the hotel's Finn & Porter restaurant and will host a Sushi is for Lovers cooking experience.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Hilton Alexandria Mark Center guests have a new dining option with the recently opened Sushi Bar.
The new Sushi Bar comes from award-winning Chef Kim, who has been cooking for 32 years and has been working at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center since 2005. The new sushi offering is an addition to Finn & Porter, the hotel’s in-house restaurant that specializes in seafood and prime steaks.
The Sushi Bar features sashimi and exotic sushi with highlights such as Maki Sushi Rolls and Nigiri Sushi Rolls. Some of the Chef’s Specialty Rolls include the Rainbow Roll (California roll with tuna, salmon, and shrimp), South Pacific Roll (California roll with tuna and spicy sauce) and Flying Dragon Roll (shrimp tempura with eel).
