Here are the top three stories in Winchester today:

1. There are now 13 free little libraries located in Winchester city parks. Those who use the libraries are encouraged to leave a book in the library in place of the one they take home, this will help keep the libraries stocked. Matt Peterson, executive director of the John & Janice Wyatt Foundation said, "As we focus on the importance of literacy, [it’s important to remember
   that] a lot of kids in our community don’t have access to books at all. Literacy is a huge and critical component in the success ladder of getting some of our kids out of poverty and having all of our kids be successful — not just kids, but the adults as well." 2. There is a new live show, "Laughter on the 23rd Floor," on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Mar. 10 though Mar. 25, at Winchester Little Theatre! 3. On Mar. 11, 1983, Quiet Riot released Metal Health, the first “metal” album to reach number one on the Billboard charts.
