Bomb Threat Against School Leads To Charges For Woodbridge Woman
A bomb threat following an argument in a school office prompted a police investigation of a Prince William County school.

DUMFRIES, VA — A Woodbridge woman is facing charges for a bomb threat to a school Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police.
Around 9:01 a.m. Wednesday, a school resource officer was notified about a threat to Potomac Middle School, located at 3130 Panther Pride Dr. in Dumfries. According to police, a woman had a verbal argument with school personnel in the office that escalated. The woman left while threatening to bomb the school. A police investigation determined there was no active threat to the school, students or staff.
The school resource officer obtained arrest warrants for the woman, who was detained when she returned to the school office later.

Candice Sherrell Logan, 35, was arrested and charged with threats to bomb and disorderly conduct. She was held on a $1,000 secured bond.
