Police arrested Stephen Weaver and charged him with aggravated malicious wounding after a Woodbridge teen was on July 5, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Detectives from the Violent Crime Bureau investigated the shooting and identified Weaver as a suspect. After obtaining warrants, police arrested Weaver at his home. Weaver, 22, was also charged with the use of a firearm in commission of a felony. His court date is unavailable. He is being held without bond.
