Expected Storms in Woodbridge Prompt Cancellations, Closures

Woodbridge Vikings reschedule a number of games; other changes and closures will be reported throughout the afternoon.

Updtae 4:56 p.m.:

From Northern Virginia Community College: "All NOVA evening classes at Freedom High School in Woodbridge are canceled. This does NOT affect classes at the NOVA Woodbridge Campus. All classes at the NOVA Woodbridge Campus will be meeting as scheduled."

PWCS has announced that all school activities after 6:30 p.m. today are canceled because of the weather. 

"Beginning at 6:30 p.m. today, all after school and evening student and community activities are cancelled due to the potential for severe weather," the email read. "School Age Childcare (SACC) will close at its regular time."
