WOODBRIDGE, VA—A drunk driver was arrested early Monday, April 8, after being pulled over in the area of Old Bridge Road near Cavalier Drive and found with a 6-year-old girl in her vehicle, according to Prince Willilam County Police. Miriam Nohemi Nunez-Padilla, 40, of the 12600 block of Dulcinea Place, was charged with felony child neglect and driving while intoxicated.Shortly before 12:15 a.m., police stopped a vehicle after it failed to maintain its traffic lane. An investigation found the driver—Nunez-Padilla—was under the influence of alcohol. The child wasn't harmed and was released to the custody of another family member.
