Crews are working the scene of a fire off of Route 1 in Woodbridge.
Fire and rescue crews are working an apartment fire in the 1300 block of Bayside Avenue off of Route 1 in Woodbridge.
A fire broke out on the third floor of a Bayvue Apartment building in a utility room and moved to an attic area, Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue Battalian Chief Curtis Brodie told Patch. An initial tip about the fire from a Patch reader said that black smoke was visible from the roofline.
Brodie told Patch up to 60 people could be displaced by the blaze Tuesday afternoon.
