Lake Ridge Area Man Charged With Indecently Exposing Himself Twice
Both incidents happened in the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

A man from the 13000 block of Tory Loop in Woodbridge has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
On June 1, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau concluded an investigation into two instances of indecent exposure that reportedly happened along Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge in the past year. The investigation closed with the arrest of the accused.

The first incident reportedly occurred on Dec. 13, 2011, in the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. More recently, a May 29 incident also happened in the same area.

"In both cases, an unknown man approached two women, an 18-year-old woman in the first incident and a 46-year-old woman in the second incident, and exposed himself," Perok said. "Through the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as the accused. Warrants were obtained against the accused who [was] located on June 1 and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force without incident. This investigation had been previously held for investigative purposes."
Indecent exposure is a Class 1 misdemeanor under Virginia law. The accused's court date is Aug. 21, and his bond information is unavailable.
