Police said Robert Edwards Hailey, Jr. is known to suffer from dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Edwards was last seen at around 7:45 a.m. this morning leaving in a 1999 green Subaru Forester (with Virginia tag YYA-2522) from the ﻿12100 block of Eddystone Ct. in Lake Ridge.  Hailey is described as a black male, 5-foot-7, 175 pounds with black and gray hair with brown eyes. Hailey was believed to be wearing a yellow shirt, khaki pants and green sneaker-style shoes.  Anyone with information on Hailey's whereabouts or has seen someone matching the description provided, are urged to call Prince William County Police at 703-792-6500.
