Local Fitness & Nutrition Company Partners with Ice Center

and (PWIC) are proud to announce a new partnership that will bring an innovative, comprehensive exercise and nutrition program to Prince William County. The program, YBY 360, will be offered at the recently rebuilt, 83,000-square-foot Prince William Ice Center in Woodbridge. Each YBY 360 session will include four weeks of personal nutrition and Trainer-led workouts in a supportive, small-group setting. A one week free trial will be held April 16th to 20th.

“YBY 360 will be one-stop-shopping,” explained and YBY 360 developer Kristin Quinn. “No more weight counseling over here and workouts over there and nobody's getting anywhere - we put everything under one roof with a collaborative practice of professionals ready to deliver a complete program.”

Participants in the YBY 360 program will take advantage of PWIC’s 2,000 sq. ft. exercise facility and 1,400 sq. ft. of meeting space. Each YBY 360 participant will receive: 1) a personalized body composition analysis, 2) a personalized dietary action plan, 3) nutritional monitoring, accountability, and support from certified nutritionists, 4) powerful, results- oriented training led by Certified Personal Trainers (3-Day and 5-Day options available), and 5) support and encouragement from a highly trained and motivational team of fitness professionals who care about each participant’s goals and success.

YBY Fitness & Nutrition will conduct at least fifteen free workouts throughout the week of April 16th to the 20th at the Prince William Ice Center to showcase the exercise portion of YBY 360 and give participants an opportunity to meet YBY’s instructors. YBY 360 four-week sessions will begin on April 30th, 2012. Nutritional assessments will take place the week before each session. Because participation is limited to maximize the personal attention each participant receives, online registration is required for all free trials and full sessions.
