WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Tuesday, April 2, after being found to have raped a young girl on more than one occasion while she was between 9 and 13 at an area home, according to Prince William County Police. Juan Emilio Munives, 37, of the 16900 block of Porters Inn Drive, was charged with rape. The girl, now 17, is related to Munives. She recently disclosed the encounters, and that prompted the police investigation. Munives is being held without bond.
