WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Tuesday, April 9, after raping and sodomizing a family member March 31 at a home in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police. Carlos Armando Gomez-Monroy, 55, of the 2800 block of Gloucester Court in Woodbridge, was charged with rape and forcible sodomy.A police investigation found that Gomez-Monroy sexually assaulted the 28-year-old woman on the aforementioned date. She recently reported the incident to police. Gomez-Monroy is being held without bond.
