WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Thursday for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl last summer at a home in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police. Margarito De Jesus Aviles Parada, 39, of the 1400 block of California Street, was charged with aggravated sexual battery.Police found that the girl was inappropriately touched by Parada, an acquaintance, on June 14.
