A 26-year-old man said he had been shot in the chest during a road-rage incident, the details of which were not released. Police—who say there's no public threat—found a shell casing and other evidence near the intersection of Featherstone Road and Blackburn Road. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
