Zeal Austin Torres, 27, was last seen around 3 a.m. Friday at the hospital (2300 Opitz Blvd in Woodbridge), where he was receiving an evaluation. Torres left voluntarily and may need assistance, police say. Torres is described as a Hispanic man around 6 foot 1 and 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes with a mustache and goatee. He was last wearing a dark-colored ripped Adidas hooded sweatshirt, a light-colored gray shirt, sweatpants and no shoes.
