Potomac Riverkeeper Network announced Thursday that it is offering a $1,000 reward for information identifying those responsible for the plume of pollution in the Potomac River. Fear not, attendees of the upcoming Women's March on Washington: the march will happen on time and on schedule, despite initial permitting obstacles.
