NORAD Flight Exercise Planned for Tuesday

North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) will conduct exercise flights Jan. 31, 2012.

NORAD announced the exercise plan on its Facebook page and classified the exercise flights as NORAD will "practice intercept and identification procedures. Exercise flights will take place in and around the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C. and the area between Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia."
