Not Your Average Joe's is getting closer to its Memorial Day opening, general manager Erik Larson told Patch. "We have almost completed the hiring process," Larson said. "We have over 80 employees ready to begin training next week. The final details are coming together including inspections." Though the restaurant will likely open on Memorial Day, the patio may open later because of the rain slowing down construction.
