Navel oranges, grapefruit and tangelos fresh from Florida’s Indian River Growers are being sold now by members of the Woodbridge Senior High School band program.
From now until Oct. 20, 2011, you can place your order for fresh Florida citrus. The fruit will be delivered between Nov. 14-20, 2011.

- 40-lb. carton of navel oranges: $33
- 20-lb. carton of grapefruit: $25
- 40-lb. carton of grapefruit: $35
- 20-lb. mixed carton (oranges & grapefruit): $27
- 40-lb. mixed carton (oranges & grapefruit): $37
- 20-lb. carton of tangelos: $25
- 40-lb. carton of tangelos: $35
- Citrus Delight (12 oranges, 12 grapefruit, 12 tangelos): $37
- Triple Charmer (12 apples, 12 grapefruit, 12 navel oranges): $37
Proceeds from this sale will benefit the marching band, all concert bands, and the guard program at Woodbridge High School, said Nancy Ro, president of the WSHS Band Boosters. “The wonderful musicians and guard students commit an extraordinary amount of time and effort to entertaining our community,” said Venita Acker, chairman of the fruit sales program for the band. She added that she hopes the community will respond positively if a band student approaches them to purchase fresh Florida citrus.
