School Board: Parents Can Search Student's Lockers

Prince Wiliam County parents and guardians will be able access their student's lockers.

The school board passed Policy 782 in their meeting Wendesday night. In the policy, it states that the contents and the lockers can be searched at reasonable times. Any denial of access to a locker can be appealed to the Superintendent of schools or a designee.

A regulation will be established by the Superintendent to implement the policy.
