Police Investigating Attempted Commercial Burglary Near Smoketown Plaza
Someone tried to enter a vacant office on Golansky Boulevard.

Prince William County Police are looking into an attempted commercial burglary near the Smoketown Plaza.
Police responded to a call on Oct. 11 at 10:28 a.m. to a property on the 3100 block of Golansky Boulevard in Woodbridge. The property owner reported that an unknown person tried to enter the vacant office by prying open the front door.
Little information was available about the incident; it is unclear when it could have occurred, police said. The burglar or burglars did not enter the office space and no property was reported missing.
