Police are looking for a man who allegedly indecently exposed himself to a 60-year-old Woodbridge woman while she was walking her dog in the 14100 block of Cuddy Loop on July 17, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.  The victim told police that while she was walking her dog this morning, she was approached by an unknown man. The man then reportedly exposed himself before running away.  No one was injured.  Police are looking for a white male between 20 and 30 years old, 6 feet tall, weighing 190 pounds, of a muscular build with short black hair. He was described as wearing a blue polo shirt with plaid shorts.
