Rhode Island Man Charged With Indecent Exposure in Dale City

Police have arrested a Rhode Island man and charged him with indecent exposure, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok.

A 51-year-old Woodbridge woman told police that she was inside the Kmart on Dale Boulevard at about 2 p.m. on Aug. 5 when an unknown man approached her.

"During the encounter, she observed the accused making inappropriate gestures," Perok said. "The accused then left the store in a vehicle prior to police arrival but was located a short distance away." 

The accused was arrested after an investigation.

The man's court date is Sept. 21. He is being held without bond.
