Second Indecent Exposure In Same Area Of Dale City Leads To Charges

A suspect caught in an indecent exposure is believed to be behind another incident in the same area, Prince William County Police say.

DALE CITY, VA — After an indecent exposure in Dale City, Prince William County Police charged a suspect they say is behind another in the same area with a minor present.

On Monday, police responded to the area of Anderson Court and Arkendale Street. Police say a 45-year-old woman was driving on Anderson Court and saw a man expose himself and make inappropriate gestures.

The other indecent exposure happened around 8:17 a.m. on Dec. 11 around Anderson Court and Arkendale Street. Police say a 23-year-old woman was driving and saw the man expose himself and make inappropriate gestures. Police determined a minor victim was with the woman.

No physical contact happened during either incident, according to police.

Police did not locate the suspect during a search of the area on Dec. 11. On Monday, officers were searching the area and detained the suspect. Kieare Jeremiah Whitmore, 23, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of indecent liberties. He was held on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
