Sexual Abuse Allegations End in Arrests of Two Woodbridge Men

The following information comes from the Prince William County Police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The Special Victims Bureau at the Prince William County Police Department investigated two unrelated sexual abuse allegations that yielded in arrests this week.

Indecent Liberties with a Child by a Custodian

In the first case, detectives investigated a sexual abuse charge on Friday involving a 17-year-old female.

A known family member, a Woodbridge man, allegedly sexually assaulted the now-17-year-old girl in the summer of 2008, said police. Following an investigation, the family member was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child by a custodian.

The family member’s court date is unavailable and he is being held without bond.

Woodbridge Man Allegedly Asked Boys to Expose Themselves

In the second case, detectives investigated a sexual abuse allegation on Sunday involving two boys, 10 and 11, and a known acquaintance.

Police said that an investigation revealed both boys were at the residence of the acquaintance, a Woodbridge man. The man allegedly asked both boys to expose themselves to him while they were at his residence.

Following an investigation, the Woodbridge man was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child by a custodian.

His court date was unavailable and he is beind held without bond.
