Shooting With Life-Threatening Injuries Reported At Woodbridge Apartment Complex

Prince William County Police are investigating a Thursday afternoon shooting that left a man with life-threatening injuries.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A shooting at a Woodbridge apartment complex left a man with life-threatening injuries, Prince William County Police say.

Around 3:29 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the Woodbridge Station Apartments in the 1500 block of Constellation Place in Woodbridge. Police found a 29-year-old man and another man were in an altercation, leading to the former being shot. Both left the area before officers arrived.

The victim went to the hospital, leading to police being contacted. The victim has life-threatening injuries and remains hospitalized.

Police do not yet know the circumstances that led to the shooting. A suspect has not been identified.
