Simmons Named All-Met Athlete of the Year
The annual Washington Post ranking named Isaiah Simmons the Boys' Track and Field top athlete
Congratulations to Woodbridge Senior High School Senior Isaiah Simmons, who was named the Boys' Track and Field athlete of the year by the Washington Post.
The Post credits Simmons as "one of the top five throwers in the country and one of the greatest from the Washington area."
will be going to the University of Miami to compete in track and field.
