Police have charged a 19-year-old Stafford man with <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+18.2-61" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">rape</a> and <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+18.2-67.1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">forcible sodomy</a> after a Woodbridge girl was raped and sexually assaulted, <a href="https://woodbridge-va.patch.com/topics/Prince+William+County+Police" rel="nofollow">Prince William County Police</a> spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.  Though he is 19, the man is being charged as a juvenile, because the offenses reportedly occurred between 2008 and 2010.  Special Victims Unit detectives began investigating the report of a sexual assault on Feb. 24.  "The investigation revealed that the victim, now an 11-year-old female, was raped and sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance," Perok said.  The man was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with one count of <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+18.2-61" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">rape</a> and two counts of <a href="http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+18.2-67.1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">forcible sodomy</a>. His court date is unavailable, and he is being held without bond.
