The Town of Dumfries is hosting two free summer concerts to benefit the Action Through Service of Prince William (ACTS) Food Pantry. ACTS will collect donations of canned food at the concerts.  The concerts will be Aug. 23 and Sept. 6, from 5 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. at Garrison Park behind the Dumfries Town Hall.  Those wishing to be a food vendor should secure a temporary food permit from the Prince William County Health Department and get the <a href="http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/LHD/PrinceWilliam/epr/documents/2013/pdf/PWHD%20Temporary%20Food%20Establishment%20Permit%20Application.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">online registration form</a> from the <a href="http://www.dumfriesva.gov/archives/8554" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Town of Dumfries website</a>.
