A man robbed a 17-year Dumfries girl at gunpoint, Prince William County Police said.  The victim was riding in the back seat of a car with a friend and two unknown females around 2 a.m. on Dec. 23, when the driver stopped in the area of Fraley Boulevard and Graham Park Road. After they stopped, an unknown man approached the victim and showed a handgun. He demanded that she hand over her property and stole an iPhone, which was valued around $200. He then fled on foot.  The victim reported the incident at 11:42 a.m. She did not report an injuries.  The man was described as 17-22 years old, about 5'9", with a medium build, and wearing a black pea coat.
