Tip Leads To Burglar's Arrest In Woodbridge: Police

Following a tip, a man was arrested for burglarizing the B-Thrifty in Woodbride last summer, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Feb. 22 for burglarizing the B-Thrifty at 13412 Jefferson Davis Highway last summer, Prince William County Police announced Wednesday. Anthony Marques Johnson, 23, of the 14300 block of Bellona Road in Woodbridge, was charged with burglary and petit larceny. A tip to police led to his arrest.

On July 17, police responded to the store for a reported burglary. An investigation found that someone forced entry into the building through a rear door between 1:45-2 a.m. and stole an undisclosed amount of cash via money bags from a safe.
