Woman Arrested In Armed Robbery In Woodbridge: Police

A woman was arrested for her role in the robbery of a 23-year-old Feb. 22 in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A woman was arrested Tuesday, April 9, for her role in the robbery of a 23-year-old man Feb. 22 in the 13100 block of Hillendale Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Marissa Ariyana Sharpe, 18, of the 12400 block of Eden Lane in Lake Ridge, was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony and grand larceny of a firearm. Police also are looking for another person believed to be involved.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on Feb.22, police were dispatched to the aforementioned area for a reported robbery. The man said two acquaintances robbed him of his property while he was driving them in the area of Hemingway Drive and Hallow Way Court. Specifically, they took his handgun from the glove compartment, threatened him with it and then demanded his property before getting out and fleeing on foot.

Still at large is male between 17 and 19 years old, 5-8, 160 pounds with a thin build, brown dreadlocks and brown eyes. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
