Renee Nicole Roberts, 26, of the 8200 block of Vernon Street in Manassas, was charged with threats to bomb.Around 2:30 p.m., police went to the Prince William County Tax Administration Office at 1 County Complex Court for a reported bomb threat by phone. Staff members said a woman called the office to complain about a tax issue involving her vehicle.
